Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to Otio Academy, a service provided by Power of Chi Ltd ("we," "our," or "Otio Academy") via our website. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Subscription Services
Otio Academy provides educational resources, adaptive learning plans, student community access, attendance tracking, progress reports, and optional tutoring services.
3. Subscription Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are valid for one (1) year from the start date agreed for the student(s).
4. Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees must be paid in full before access is granted. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.
5. Subscription Activation
After payment, we will reach out to confirm your desired start date for your student(s).
6. Refund and Cooling-Off Policy
A 14-day cooling-off period applies. Please contact info@otioacademy.com for refund requests.
7. Tutoring Services
Optional tutoring services may be added at an additional fee.
8. User Responsibilities
Subscribers must ensure account details provided are accurate and kept confidential.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials provided by Otio Academy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Power of Chi Ltd.
10. Limitation of Liability
Otio Academy is committed to providing high-quality educational resources but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
11. Data Protection
We adhere strictly to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
12. Amendments
Otio Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
